In the constantly evolving arena of the post
production industry, Steve believes it is essential to keep your
technical knowledge upto date with regard to video formats and technologies
available. He is ideally situated working at Stanley Productions
in Soho as due to the services the shop provides to the industry
he gets to play with all the latest 'toys'.
While predominantly a PC based editor for years, he recognises that
you must move with the times and be able to transfer your skills
where necessary. It is for this reason he has spent the last couple
of years using MAC based editing and DVD software as well so he
can offer the best possible service to his clients.
Does he have a favourite ? If you would have asked him a few years
ago, he would have said yes, today he can see the pros and cons
of both systems and his answer might no be so cut and dry. |
